Dr. Nathan Mondragon is Chief IO Psychologist at HireVue and responsible for building, researching, and maintaining the AI-driven assessment product. In this role, the I/O team at HireVue work side-by-side with the Data Science team to create and deliver the new age AI-driven assessments.

Nathan has over 20 years of extensive experience in the HCM space and is a recognized expert in the blending of I/O tools with technology to deliver seamless integrated recruitment, hiring, and development solutions.

In 1996, Nathan helped lead the creation and delivery of the first ever integrated online selection assessment/ATS system and in 2015 as part of HireVue delivered the first ever AI-driven assessment solution.

He has over 50 manuscripts, presentations, and workshops on I/O and technology solutions, has been quoted or featured in over 30 popular press articles, and has been interviewed on NPR and Bloomberg about the future of Recruiting and Assessment. He has held leadership positions with Aon, SHL, DDI, Dell, Taleo, and Oracle. Nathan received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.
